Hi, I’m Nathan, from Arise Finance core team. As for my
background, I have been working in the crypto space, especially Defi for 3
years now. Before crypto, I and the other team members were a team of software
engineers building SAAS.
Crypto hit us back in early 2017 when Bitcoin was on every
headline, that’s when we decided to dip our toes into this new and emerging
industry.

To put it in simple terms, Arise Finance helps you maximize

Q2. What is the name of your token and how is it
utilities? Where can we get it?

Regarding token name and its utilities, $ARI has the
following functions:
1/ Deflationary mechanism, 2% trading volume will be burned
forever.
2/ Buy back & burn to increase ARI value.
3/ Instant yield generation, with 2% of trading volume split
to all $ARI holders.
How to get $ARI token?
1/ Via private sale, public sale & pancakeswap:
Right now $ARI private sale will start tomorrow on April
10th, with airdrops going on as well. Public sale will be announced soon.
Right after public sale is finished, we will list $ARI on
Pancakeswap, Julswap, Coingecko & Coinmarketcap. Liquidity will be locked
automatically upon listing, so that the community can trade with peace of mind.
2/ Via our current airdrop program, you can find it here and
earn up to 500 $ARI tokens.

About utilities Number 1: TOKEN BURN MECHANISIM+ BUY BACK
& BURN
ARI is a Deflationary token not only through buy back &
burn by our team but also through the reduction in circulating supply. For
every transaction, you must set the slippage to 4%, 2% fee of every ARI
transaction will be burnt forever. That means circulating supply will only go
down and liquidity will go up in the future to minimize the impact of whale
dumping. Once ARI DEX is launched, the core team will buy back & burn ARI
token using the trading fee.
Number 2: EARN INTERESTS WITHOUT STAKING
As we said above, Every transaction costs 4% fee, 2% of
which will be burnt forever, the other 2% will be distributed to holders, so
that you can earn a portion of 2% fee as PASSIVE INCOME divided between our
happy holders
Number 3: ARI RETIREMENT VAULT & TREASURY
Earn even more $ARI via our farming dApp, supporting both
1-sided staking ($ARI), and pair staking ($ARI with other tokens or with stable
coins) with high APY.
Besides, you can also earn the retirement Bitcoin with our
Retirement Yield algorithm by staking, locking $ARI, and redeeming your rewards
weekly or monthly.
You’ll be able to click on “BTC Retirement fund” and
retrieve a portion of the BTC based on how long you have staked and your
percentage of ARI staked within the pool. The more ARI that you have staked the
more BTC you are entitled to.The longer you lock your ARI, the more interest
you will earn.
Our token is designed to increase in value, the more people
stake their tokens in the yield farming dApp, the more transactions there are,
therefore reducing circulating supply while increasing $ARI value.
To ensure sustainable growth of the project, we create a
skin-in-the-game mechanism by charging a 10% fee for every unstaking
transaction. 5% penalty fee will be used to buy Bitcoin (BTC) to provide for
the Retirement funds, the other 5% will be sent to the ARI Treasury for
prolonged emissions for the vaults and future developments.

$ARI , as we believe, is good for holding long-term for the
following reasons:
- Liquidity is locked
- $ARI holders will automatically receive 2% trading volume
as a rewards, automatically.
- Only 0.5% of tokens circulation will be at the core team's
disposal in the first year.
- Token burning mechanism helps drive up $ARI token
scarcity, which will eventually drive up the price.
- We are building many crypto defi games which will require
$ARI to play, and therefore, $ARI holders will grow significantly.
And most importantly, we are here to build products that
last, and our goal is to build and diversity use cases for DeFi in general
& BSC in particular, based on current and future needs of the community.

Our top priorities rightnow is building products &

5-10k community members standing by, ready to try it out.
In the future, Our goal is to bring as many utilities to BSC
as possible, and in order to make it happen, we would need to deliver the
following product milestone as planned out.
- Our smart contract is now live & are ready for private
sale event will be happen in 10/4
- After that, this year we will have a lot of exciting
things in our roadmap
- First, after finish private sale on 10/4 and public sale
on 14/4, we will list ARI on Pancakeswap, Juldswap and Coingecko &
Coinmarketcap
- Then at the end of this month, we have big news which be
revealed soon, and I am sure with you that this event will be a game changer
for all investors & traders. That is our first crypto game using ARI token,

We have already planned very carefully for our farm
Our ecosystem is designed to support long-term farming
because:
We offer a high enough APY to attract new investors,
however, the reason the value of $ARI token will not be much affected is that
rewards will come from Farming & Vault funds. The $ARI rewards release is
carefully calculated to balance between inflow & outflow of cash flow.
The main reason for a price drop from other farming projects
is because they mint tokens continuously, while Arise does not have such a
mechanism. Instead, we have a fixed supply of ARI and their supply will only go
down.
The quantity of $ARI rewards is fixed at 12.5% total supply
in the very beginning. Therefore, in the future, the value of $ARI token only
go up because we have both fixed rewards, fixed supply.
And last but not least, we believe that we have an excellent
marketing team & partners to push our project further & faster right
after we launch.
Imagine that when our community grows, fix rewards only
limited, supply only goes down....
So
ARI token price will have a high chance to go up.

We have planned out 2021 roadmap on our website, and now

I believe that this question is very important and also the
one question that everybody has.
Scamming projects are every where right now, but a few
points to distinguish between Ari Finance and other scam projects are:
- Liquidity for ARI tokens will be locked on Pancake Swap
for at least 1 year.
- Our vesting schedule has a 2 year length, 1 year longer
compared to the average length of other projects on the market, which would be
enough to keep the value of $ARI from being inflated (Supported by the 2% burn
mechanism).
- We build real products, and already finished 2 of them
(game & farming), which will be released soon this month.
- Core team only has 5% of total supply and will unlock only
10% of them at the beginning. The rest
will be unlocked after 2 years.
- We are currently working credible audit partners on the
market like Quill Hash to ensure your funds' safety.
Our biggest partnerships in the coming future would be
providing real-time chart for top BSC tokens, & also list their pairs on
our farming site for their community to join farming in Arise ecosystem.
We aim to provide long-term & sustainable utilities for
